Following the given video clip, a social worker can generate the following Biopsychosocial-cultural Assessment report about Tyron (Llyod D. Cook JR).

It is identifying information.

Tyron (Llyod D. Cook JR), is nineteen-year-old American male youth who lives in the United States since his birth. Llyod D. Cook JR is single (not married youth); he speaks American English and lives with his entire family.

Llyod D. Cook JR came for the assessment as a result of various misunderstandings in his family and various difficulties that he was facing as a youth. He is not accepted as a bisexual by his mother, and he has difficulty during his expression to the family, especially his mother, who only wants to hear and listen to the NBA career. The mother only wants to listen to the information concerning Ivana (Verna Hackett) his son’s girlfriend. He is tired of the family treatment, and he records a statement where he threatened his family of losing him if his mother cannot accept Randy (C-Nyce Lee) as the person who is carrying her only grandchild, this is because Randy is a Hermaphrodite person. Tyron did not record any sign of depression that can lead to suicidal intent, and he also does not express a relapse to drug use, this is evident when his father asks whether he is High after revealing that Randy is three weeks pregnant of his child, his brother JR (Erick Butler) confirms that one cannot use drugs during the summer period.

Employment and Income History.

His parents have modelled Tyron to become a superstar of the NBA though he is against it. He is only doing it for his mother. When the news about his enrolment with Louse Angeles NBA team as a player was brought, his father and everybody else was happy about it, but he was not exited.

Development and Health History

Tyron is a bisexual male who can conceive at a tender age (19 years) unlike his older brothers JR (Erick Butler) and Kenny (Jadili Philips) 23-years and 21-years old respectively, and the latter is unable to conceive at their ages. He has younger sisters, namely: Laureen (Dominique Washington) and Melissa. His mother is indifferent as she is only concerned with his son’s NBA career.

Mental Health History.

Tyron is stressed about the abortion of a child that was done by Ivana (Verna Hackett) two months ago. He also complained of Ivana fucking the entire team of NBA players. This fear prevents him from revealing to his family about hi three weeks old foetus carried by Randy as his family only knows about Ivana.

Social History.

During family diner, Abigail (Selma Pinkard), shuts up Randy by telling him that he was born of a mother who caught in cocaine epidemic during his birth, this gets Randy and Tyron furious thus threatening the family of losing Tyron. The grandma (Betty Joyce Gray) in contradiction gives out a story of a man who was hermaphrodite during his birth, and his parents took him to the doctor after that surgery. He became a she after that giving birth to children.

Additional information.

The patient does not show any acute condition that can render him to the diagnosis of mental disorder. I would recommend my client to visit a psychiatrist for further help on how he can handle his parents’ views concerning his conditions.
