Introduction
In order to have order in any social place ,and in this case ,the business organizations ,there must be the aspect of management in order to have programs run in the rightful manner to the achievement of the desired goals of the various organizations or any social entities that may be put up with an objective. It is therefore of potent significance to explain the meaning of the term, organization as used in very many organizational situations. Management can therefore be defined as the set of activities carried out in an organization in a certain manner in order to make good use of the available resources with the aim of achieving certain set goals of the organization. Management is therefore seen to be very dispensable in any social setting. The above definition of management cannot be argued to be the exhaustive definition of management but it provides us with a glimpse of what management entails that is, having people do some activities in the right manner with the purpose of achieving some certain set goals depending on the specifications of the organizations. Management is very important to the organizations as it is the determinant of the achievement of the goals of the organizations as it sets the criteria by which the goals can be approached easily. (Booth, 2001)
Ngai Tahu is a thrilling place for millions of people who come to see and enjoy the environment provided by the place. Though the tourist attraction center has been in existence for so long in the New Zealand, it has not grown to its threshold due to the changing demands of the visitors of the place. As much as the people come over to see nature and take part in some enjoy full activities, there are some activities that the organization could add to increase the experience of the visitors and also register more visits per year thus boosting its revenue added. The kind of new area of business that we suggested is the introduction of horse racing activities around the fields of the center. I there are no enough racing fields for the horse racing activities, the company has to buy some more land from the neighboring communities.(Hamamura,2005) Horse racing is a very thrilling activities loved by all kinds of people starting from the children, youths to the adults. We suggested this kind of business area due to the fact that very many people in the world have shown a great interest in horse racing, basing on the fact that some just have a loving for the horses and they explain that horses are very wonderful animals to hang around with. Due to the fact that it is an emergent type of a leisure activity among very many folks from all parts of the world, this kind of business introduced into the business areas of the Ngai Tahu tourism, the company stands to make enormous profits due to the growing demand for the leisure activity of horse racing. Another rationale for coming up with this kind of business idea for the tourism center is that tourists have been exhibiting some trend that they love leisure activities during their visits apart from just walking around and being shown the rich resources of the tourism center. A good example is the shoot over jet. (Anderson.1980)

Prudent problem solving skills are dispensable to any business as problems come in very many ways and must be managed wisely for the achievement of the goals exhaustively.

Due to the growing rate of the tourism attraction, the company has made a very good decision in expanding its operations in Auk lands due to the fact that this will also build the name of the company in the other regions where there could be people who don’t know or have not had an opportunity to get to the actual rainbow springs.(Mahmood,2012) Basing on the logic that the Ngai Tahu attraction center has a reputation and people love it, thus registering millions of visitors yearly, the new investment in Auk Lands will most probably be lucrative. This is based on the past trends of the company. It is therefore a good idea for the company to expand its operations in the suggested region. (Pirson, 2014)
Conclusion
According to the past trends of the tourism attraction center, Ngai Tahu, there have been millions of people visiting and this is a clear indication that the services of the company are likeable and satisfying to most of the tourists as some even come back to have the same experience. The introduction of the horse racing business will enhance the operations of the company and even make the experience of the tourists more enjoyable. This is a road to the success of the company.
